Barvna terapija

On color therapy. It works with clothing color, decorating, etc. If you stare at a bowl of fake fruit they found your body absorbs nutrients. It’s a trip. Anyway, with food, if you’re stressed you want to eat Yellow foods. It is mellow and cheerful. Even lemon is an alkalizer. I used to have stomach issues and I took a lemon and cut in half, salted half and ate it as I walked about 1/2 mi. or so, on return, I ate the other half. I did it daily, it soothed and healed my stomach.
